Our office was opened in January 1991 by myself, Sean Bidwell, and my mother,Brenda, together with Natasha Ransom our negotiator and Mike Pattenden our independent mortgage broker. We are proud of our ability to offer you a friendly, personal service together with independent advice on all aspects of the buying and selling process, whilst offering exceptional service and very competitive commission rates.

Sean Bidwell has been in the Estate Agency business for over 23 years and, having previously managed offices for large multi-national companies and with a joint office experience of over 45 years, we are fully aware of the high levels of service required, which can only be offered by an independent Estate Agent. Having lived in the Patcham area for over 30 years we are also in the fortunate position of being able to give accurate, knowledgeable advice on the surrounding areas, the related facilities and services.

Moving house is a very stressful experience and we fully appreciate the problems involved, so, whether you are buying or selling, you can be assured we will willingly give you our time and personal attention. This enables us to make the transaction easier and less time consuming for you, and, more importantly, helps us to reduce your levels of stress.

All our clients receive a service from us which is second to none. We follow up all viewing appointments, regularly advertise your property in the Latest Homes Magazine and the Evening Argus property supplement plus on the Rightmove website, we always return your calls promptly and negotiate fully all offers made. Our homes for sale are advertised in both the Ladies Mile Road and Old London Road office, Coupled with this service we also offer discounted rates on solicitors fees, mortgages change to removals and commission rates as well as having a fully qualified and accredited Independent Financial Advisor based in our Old London Road office.

Our office is easily accessed from the new A27 bypass and is close to the junction between Winfield Avenue/Mackie Avenue/Ladies Mile Road. Our Old London road mortgage office is immediately opposite the co-op store, just off the main London Road. Both have unrestricted parking outside.
